Emma’s philosophy is that exercise is medicine and when given at the correct prescription and dose it has the potential to prevent and help treat many diseases/health conditions. Emma loves leading an active and healthy life, she not only talks the talk but also walks the walk. Growing up Emma was grossly engaged in all sports and excelled in Track and Field where she competed for her state and nation. Emma followed this passion of sports and exercise and decided to study a bachelor of Exercise Science at Charles Sturt University. She then went on to further her studies in a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. After completing her studies Emma moved up to the Gold Coast to begin her career working in both the private and non-for-profit health sectors. Emma and her young family have since re-located to the Sunshine Coast to put roots down and to help inspire those on the Sunshine Coast to move their best. Emma loves what she does and is amazed how much she can positively impact people’s lives.
