Frank has over 20 years of experience in private practice, both in Australia and overseas. His aim is to create a non-judgemental and collaborative space in which to explore presenting concerns, identify clear goals and to find practical solutions in a timely manner. Frank’s integrative therapeutic approach involves the use of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Brief Solutions Focused Therapy. His couples/relationship approach involves the use of Attachment Theory, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Counselling) and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Laura completed her Masters’ in Clinical Psychology at Sunshine Coast University and for the past few years she has been working in the public health and public mental health sector, predominantly with children and adolescents, and their families. Laura is a warm and skilled practitioner and comfortably builds rapport with her clients. Her style is eclectic, drawing upon several theoretical approaches, and will modify her approach to best support the unique needs of each particular client. Laura is adept at using a variety of evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, play-based therapy, and brief solution-focused interventions.

Shuron has over 10 years’ experience over a diverse range of clinical settings including private practice, adult, child and adolescent public mental health (inpatient and community), university student counselling settings and drug & alcohol services. Shuron is trained in a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT).
